Walkabout Adventure travel is hereinafter referred to WAT.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing directed to Walkabout Adventure Travel. Cancellations received prior to May 27th, 2006 remain fully refundable, and typically take 6 to 8 weeks to process. Cancellation Schedule: Cancellations between May 28th and June 26th, 2006 are refundable less $50.00. Cancellations from June 27th to July 17th = deposit amount of $300.00. Final payment is due by July 17th, 2006. Cancellations from July 17th to August 31st = $750.00. Cancellations from September 1st to Sep. 15th = $1200.00. Cancellations from September 16th to Sep. 28th = $1800.00. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure = 100% of tour cost.

Insurance: Insurance is optional, but strongly suggested. International medical insurance coverage is rarely included with your existing medical insurance, and is strongly recommended. There is a policy that can be purchased to safeguard your deposit and final payment for this tour. This policy also covers you for baggage loss, trip delay, medical assistance, and medical evacuation during your tour. This insurance must be purchased by May 27th, 2006 to safeguard against any and all cancellation fees. More information will be provided in an informational packet upon your deposit for this tour.

Arrival/Exit Taxes: These taxes are government generated, and are in addition to the above pricing. Further explanation will be provided in the information packet.

Airline Taxes & Fuel Surcharges: These fees are charged when your airline tickets are issued, and are subject to change until that time. Once again we will have more detailed information to follow concerning these fees.

Responsibility: All tickets, accommodations and other services furnished by others, with WAT acting only as their booking agency. WAT shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to property, or injury to persons caused by reason of any defect by any transportation company, hotel or any such party providing said services including delays in departure, arrivals, or exclusions in the following tour package.

Passports & Visas: Passports are required for this tour at your expense. Certain countries require a minimum of 6 months passport validity from date of return home. You are strongly urged to contact the appropriate consulate for details. Please contact Walkabout, at 303-980-8998 if you do not have a passport or one with 6 months validity from the tour's start date.

Money: All money received by WAT is held in an escrow account with Wells Fargo Bank to insure your money is well protected.

Refunds: All refund information will be stated in written form, and will be processed through WAT and the participating companies on this tour. Refunds typically take 6 to 8 weeks to process, with or without insurance coverage. Please call with any unanswered questions.
