Walkabout Adventure Travel opened its doors to travelers in 1983 and brings a wealth of travel experience to each and every client. Dave Duncan, owner and president of Walkabout Adventure Travel, started the company after he clocked many years of travel experience. He spent over two years traveling around the world. Aside from his two year walkabout, he has also logged many hours in other popular destinations like Australia, Costa Rica, Europe, Russia, South America, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, China, Japan, Taiwan, Alaska, and many of the South Pacific Islands. Dave has been to places that most people have never seen. He brings this knowledge to you through Walkabout Adventure Travel.

Walkabout Adventure Travel's focus is soft adventure tours for group travelers. In 1994 Dave took 102 Lakewood, Colorado Elks members to Australia. Being the sole tour guide for this large group, Dave quickly got broken into the role and has loved it ever since. Using his vast experience and knowledge of countries and cultures, combined with his network of condominium accommodations and consolidated International airline tickets, Dave can help you create your dream vacation.
